How to pay
Payment Plans: Investing in yourself and paying for education is always a challenge; we recognise students have complex situations, and juggling the cost of living with fees can be extremely challenging. We therefore offer different types of payment plans to suit different situations.
Non-Refundable Deposit : £500 (once accepted on the course)
Students can pay in the following way:
*all figures are after deposit of £500
In Full : £5,500
Annually: £2,750
Bi-Annually: £1,375
On all above options the initial payment must be processed by the start of the course.
If you need to pay another way that suits you, please contact us. We will do our very best to support you.
What is our refund policy?
Cancellation of a first module fee, prior to 1 month before the start date, will result in a full tuition refund, minus a processing fee of £150. After 2 weeks prior to the start date, no refunds are available, as we will be unable to fill the student placement. However, in the best interest of the student, non-refundable fees (such as deposits) retained by The Centre for Embodiment & Somatic Movement Education & Therapy may be applied up to 100% to future modules, or applied to the following year's tuition. Equally 100% of these funds may be transferred to other courses and sessions we run at our disgression. Leaving any course before completion does not require further fees; however, leaving the course half way through does not result in a full refund of course fees.
If I already have a background or certification in related training's, can I skip some of the prerequisites and training modules?
If you already have a background in any of the areas our training covers, you will find it helpful and supportive for the learning experience to revisit client practice. Training to facilitate dance and movement through somatic philosophy requires daily and yearly practice – thus students are encouraged to attend all sessions and view repetition as a place of deep learning and synthesis. Module exemptions are available for students under exceptional circumstances, for example, if a student has completed a cognate ISMETA training.
